荷蘭美食｜令人難忘的荷蘭小吃：果汁、吉拿棒、荷蘭煎餅、生鯡魚
這一篇介紹我超喜歡的荷蘭小吃，幾乎在市集都找得到，不一定哪一家比較好吃，總之看到這幾樣一定要嘗試看看

吉拿棒
這個是在水壩廣場附近走一走，剛好看到就買到的吉拿棒，店名就叫Churros（點我連結至googlemap），後來連續吃了兩次，真的是太美味了！
每次點都是現炸出爐，比想像中的還要更軟卻又很脆，可以選擇糖粉或是巧克力，但這也是我第一次吃歐洲的吉拿棒，聽說西班牙的也很厲害，這口感是台灣從未吃過的，一定要試試看啊！！
荷蘭煎餅
這就是在好市多也有賣的，通常搭配咖啡一起吃的荷蘭煎餅裡面夾焦糖醬，我們在Albert cuyp Market市集逛的時候看到有現作的，一個只要一點多歐，馬上一人買一個來試試看
超便宜的價錢，一看就好心動
這個攤販從麵團開始製作，現場壓成薄薄的一片，再淋上熱熱的焦糖醬，一拿到手時吃起來是脆的，裡面還是燙口的焦糖醬，馬上油然升起一股幸福感
後來也有在別的攤販買，但餅皮都是已經先製作好的，口感吃起來差非常多，建議有到市集的話可以觀察一下，一定要吃現做的！！
便宜的現榨果汁
荷蘭雖然沒有手搖杯，有些餐廳也以汽水為主當飲料，但市集裡面有賣許多像這樣的新鮮果汁，一杯通常都是不同的水果搭配(牌子上面會介紹的很清楚)，只要1-2歐不等，非常值得
朋友們一人買一杯，口味都很不一樣，好喝！
荷蘭小鬆餅
點到這個小鬆餅其實是個意外，原本在一個sunday market中看到有人在吃章魚小丸子，看到一個攤販有著像是小丸子的機器就點下去，沒想到來得是個驚人的甜品，外表有點酥酥的，裡面像是雞蛋糕般的軟嫩，外面不客氣的撒上糖霜還有一整塊奶油，最後還淋了一點蜂蜜，雖然熱量爆表但真的非常非常好吃！

原本出發前就有看到網友推薦，但因為它的樣子讓我有點卻步，是待了幾天後同行的友人推薦，才鼓起勇氣去吃這一道其實很好吃的小吃：生鯡魚
吃起來的口感像是生魚片，但味道比較腥一點所以不一定每個人都可以接受，我覺得配上旁邊的黃瓜和洋蔥剛剛好（一定要配！），也很有特色，敢吃生魚片的人一定要試試看
以上就是我吃了以後還念念不忘的幾個荷蘭小吃，喜歡的程度甚至大於許多餐廳，有機會再去荷蘭一定要多嘗試市集小吃，非常喜歡～
